   I was in a low state, lying on the pavement having fallen badly. The paramedics who came in the ambulance were amazing in every sense, both professional and humane. I was treated with dignity, practicality, humour and individuality. I will not forget this experience and will be forever grateful for the treatment I received. The diagnosis of the paramedics was correct and I am now safely home.

   I was on the road and got help from NHS ambulance lad. Being a foreigner I felt welcomed. Thanks to him I didn't get a name. I am thankful
