I don't write reviews. But today I have too. I have been with Danebury Avenue Surgery more than 34 years. I have seen doctors come and go. Now the Surgery has changed from good to bad even worst. I called the surgery today to have an appointment because when I went to boots to get my prescription for my heart they told me to contact my GP because it has to be reviewed. If my medication has to be review shouldn't the doctor contact me to see him/her. I have not heard from the doctors but from the pharmacist at boots that my medication has to be review. In good will the pharmacist gave me for 7 days. Then I called the Surgery to get an appointment letting her know why what I got in reply was rudeness saying so what don't care. Is this how to treat a person who needs help. They have to know they are dealing with people health that means life. If they cannot understand that then they don't have any business to be working in a surgery. I hope the GP's at Danebury Avenue Surgery read the reviews and make changes. I think NHS has to do some checking on the surgery. Now I am looking to find another surgery it makes me unhappy to leave a surgery after 34 years.
