    Having used the service for many years this is my first revisit post lockdown. What I don't understand is why does everyone have to call at exactly the same time (8.30). Most people are either commuting to work or starting their day if working from home so it's hardly a convenient time slot for service users. It just seems a bizarre service model to me and it's put me off trying. Why make it so difficult.
