I telephoned a lady yesterday & explained that I needed Torbay Hospital to ring me with an Appointment as often I didn't get a letter from the postman as he distributed it to other people, he is very unreliable. I telephoned another lady today to tell her my mobile number as I am often out, so not here to answer my landline. The other lady already had my lmobile number which was good. I think the service is phenominal. I now have peace of mind to hear from the hospital and receive my appointment
