3 hours before my appointment in Colchester I had a phone call cancelling my appointment. This is not good . I had planned my day around this time. I also had to cancel plans because of this appointment but I did so in plenty of time.

Considering what i was going there for, the person who was dealing with me was very cold, it was like they didnt want to be there or treat me, everything seemed an effort. When asked 'was everything ok' I got a 'mm you will here from your dr in a week'. I completely understand that they may not be able to tell me the results or how things looked. The way it was put across wasn't professional. There is ways to communicate to people, Considering what we are going there for, and made me feel low. I am quite a confident person and I wouldnt want anyone to experience what I felt that day. I came out of there in tears. I wouldn't want to return back.

I was 15 mins early for my appointment, but went straight in. All the Staff were pleasant and welcoming and the service efficient, I felt quite comfortable and relaxed . Thanks to you all.

When my Husband had a scan via the NHS with this company they were flexible, friendly and went above and beyond identifying a potential problem unrelated to the initial remit of the scan. They were prompt both in terms of delivery of service and issuing a report to the GP. Highly recommend.
