   I have struggled with my mh due to childhood trauma and have had several counselling sessions but it never helped I recently had 16-20 week course of cbt with a lovely lady mm who was absolutely amazing and cant thank her enough she will never know how much difference her help and support has made to my life I have put boundaries in place, my anxiety has lessened and my confidence professional and personal has increased 10 fold and I am no longer living in the past or worrying about the future but living in the moment I cannot thank her enough amazing support given
