I had an appointment in January which was very good but unfortunately my physiotherapist didn’t have a card to write my next appointment down so he told me . I forgot it and there is no way to contact the medical centre by phone all lines are either down or unmanned. Ridiculous

My mom has to visit the nurse regularly regarding treatment for a leg ulcer. The nursing staff are absolutely brilliant! They provide an outstanding service. All the nurses are very kind and friendly, highly professional and dedicated to their job. We couldn't be luckier to have such a fantastic service. Thank you!

I have received 2 texts from CHEC, first I deleted as spam. Texts look anonymous and spam. No explanation as to why one should fill in dob. Tried to select an appointment time offered but there was nothing. Tried to phone Droitwich Med Centre, message says centre is unmanned, or put in a pin number or an ext.number. Without paperwork how does one have access to said information. The fact that a previous review of June 2023 tells me that no one has responded or even bothered to read reviews. On the strength of spam like texts, in accessible phone numbers, and I’ve no idea why I’m being asked to make an appointment, Do I recommend this service, the answer is a clear no

I received an appointment by text (in itself, unprofessional Imo) at Droitwich Medical Centre. It was sent by a mystery private organisation calling them selves chec. (Strangely, this review system will not allow me to type their name in the correct capital letters...) The text gave the number 0330 100 4730. I need to rearrange the appointment but every time you call, you hear: "The person you are calling is not available." (Then cuts off) But it gets worse! I then tried Droitwich Medical Centre on 01905 681000. You get "This number is unmanned. You may not leave a message." What incredible, 3rd World incompetence. Thank you, privatisation of our NHS...
