It has always been difficult to get an appointment at this practice, but it is becoming impossible. You are told to call at 8.30am, but you cannot get through as everyone is trying to do so, and by the time you do, all same day appointments have gone. They can’t book any appointments in advance. I have been at the practice for nearly two years and never seen the same GP more than once. This makes continuity of care impossible. I appreciate the NHS is overstretched and underfunded, and the staff are doing their very best, but this symptomatic of the crisis and something needs to be done to help GP services and their patients.
