I had a 7.30am appointment moved here from my surgery, the gentleman let me in to wait inside, made me a coffee while I waited for the nurse to arrive who was also excellent, kind and caring. Thank you both from a nervous patient, hate having bloods done. In and out on time for work at 8am. Excellent warm service, means alot.

Called to try to get an appointment in regard a reoccurring injury only to be fobbed off by receptionist to use online appointment service but when I stated I was no good at this they showed no interest, sent no links or what website to use, instead I was left feeling worthless and stupid and guess what when I finally managed to get that sorted (I hope) it told me to call my GP...what a total waste of time and now due to this receptionist GP I now have to wait even longer before I can see someone...thanks for nothing.
