    82 year old with a broken arm , was not casted for 10 hours and this was done with no pain relieve . Put on 2 different wards over 4 days . needed help to get to toilet and had to wait 45 mins . Asked for a wash one day and did not get it . Was told for 2 days she could go home but there was no transport for her . One op has been canceled and now waiting for new one

  2. Review titled Appalling booking sysem

    I need a follow up podiatry appt which should have been by last Friday. Unable to get through on only contact phone line in the very limited hours it is open and frankly seems unmanned without any alternate means of contact. Unacceptabel.
