   I have been sent a recorded message to book my flu jab at this practice. This has proved impossible. None of the 'options' on the recorded telephone message lead to an actual human being. After a good 5 minutes telling me about the services they cannot offer, I reach a dead end - again and again. As an elderly person, I haven't got the time or energy to waste hours in frustrated calls. Terrible (non) customer-facing performance.
