The Dr had a bad attitude, wasn’t knowledgeable, barely wanted to help me & wasted my time even going. She seemed uninterested in what I was saying, didn’t care to refer me to anyone who could actually help with my issue and at the end I said thank you and I was ignored. I hope to never set foot in this place again. It makes such a difference as a patient, to have a kind Dr, who cares about your issue but instead I was made to feel stupid for even going. The receptionists were friendly is the only positive.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. I am sorry that you appear to have had a negative experience. I would like to take the opportunity to discuss the matter further as typically we don't refer patients and wonder if you may have been to the GP Service rather than an Epsomedical Ophthalmic clinic?
