My Grandma was seen in the memory clinic today and I have to say the experience she had was absolutely fantastic. I struggled to park the car so had to leave her in reception, the receptionist was lovely, she sat with my grandma ensuring she was okay and offered her a drink as well as helping her to sit down. The second fantastic service was from the lovely nurse who saw my grandma today in the memory clinic, she was so kind and attentive and understanding when my grandma couldn’t hear her. I can’t mention names however the appointment was this morning and I was very stressed out with the car parking - so I hope you know who I am talking about! The best hospital service we have ever received and I can’t thank you enough for putting mine and my families mind at ease and being so genuine. Thank you!!

Its great to hear that both you and your grandma had such a positive experience whilst attending the appointment at the memory clinic and that the team put all your mind's at ease. Parking on hospital sites is very stressful so it really is heart-warming to read that the receptionist sat with your grandma whilst you parked the car, providing you with the reassurance that someone was making sure your grandma was okay.
