Review titled Excellent service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Sue Bernie - Posted on 22 January 2025
I attended an appointment for an x ray today booked at 11.50am which had come through very quickly from my GP . I arrived at 11.40 and was directed to the x ray area by a very pleasant member of the reception team. On arrival I rang the bell as instructed and was immediately greeted by the x ray staff member who was very welcoming and gave me clear instructions. I would like to say that this was a very efficient and professional service and thank you .

x ray dept does not answer the phone. fanshawe clinic has changed their number and only gives the new one is on the walls in the clinic. new number is 0208970 5799. for those that need it. x ray was empty and was seen straight away when i went to the clinic. tried the phone number while i was there and heard no ringing! cannot believe a clinic is with holding their number. even my doctors surgery does not have the new number!

This morning (25/04/2024) I tried several times to contact this clinic via phone (01708435369). Not once was there any response. Not even voice mail!

Review titled No sympathy for mothers
Rated 1 star out of 5

Just had a community midwife calling me to bring baby in, I just got home last night after a c section and struggling to even speak, but apparently that doesn’t matter because because this is the procedure and that’s what needs happen, I need to arrange childcare for my other children and get myself down there, makes no difference the pain and whirlwind of emotions I might be experiencing as long as their targets are met, disgusting behaviour from those who are working so close to women in such a vulnerable position. Do better, stop causing unnecessary suffering and stress to new mothers.

How do I book? No one answers the phone? I have a GP referral letter for an x Ray but there’s no way of booking other than phoning up and no one answers? What is one supposed to do?

Review titled Very happy with service provided
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I attended the clinic to make an x-ray appointment. The lady at reception immediately said hello and directed me to the X-ray department where I rang the bell as she had directed. Within a minute a polite young man came and took my form. A few minutes later I was called in and a young lady carried out the x-ray.
