   Phoned FedBucks, Gynae dept. to try to change an appointment. It is no longer possible to speak to a person. The message gives a vague, unclear email address. It also states that if you are cancelling or changing an appointment, be aware that you may not get an appointment on the same day. The message continues asking you to call between 2pm and 4 pm but be aware that the inbox is not monitored. What kind of service is this ? The negativity in this message is overwhelming. What happened to the receptionist who used to answer calls and was able to change or cancel appointments ? “Seldom comes better.”
