   I have diabetes , I’ve requested a diabetes review and have been told I cannot just request I have to wait it be reviewed ! It’s 2 years since my last review ! The diabetic nurse then was amazing and I would have a blood test every 6 months to keep me on track , she was informative and professional ! I’ve been told now there is no nurse that manages diabetes and I will have to be seen my another team !! How can they keep Prescribing my medications when they have no idea what my renal function and hba1c are !!! The doctors are rude and unprofessional not a latch on the previous 2 DoctorsThey can’t keep their staff !! All the good ones have left !! It’s an utter disgrace now
