   I did an online econsult after which the receptionist called me to go the pharmcist for pharmacy first. The chemist said I have to be on benefits for that. I ran to the dr where the receptionist said it's not true I don't have to be on benefits. The chemist tried getting through to the surgery for 40 minutes and then just hung up. When I asked the receptionist what i should do now she said call in again at 8am or e coIsult again. Is that called service? I go weak at the knees just at the thought of having to get through to my dr
