   I was put on hold for 20 minutes and the receptionist lady rudely stated, "You have clearly dialled the wrong number" even though that was the number I was given by other receptionists, she did not even apologise for the long wait and wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say. Extremely rude lady. Please take action against this receptionist.
