Super easy to get an appointment, the person who saw me was lovely, made me feel very at ease and took blood without me hardly noticing!

During my visit here, the staff were so lovely, helpful and informative! I found getting an appointment was relatively easy and the booking system was easy to use. I would definitely recommend using this service!

The hub you need to use to book is a bit mind bending unfortunately and really got in the way of accessing the clinic. However the clinic itself provides extremely high quality professional and friendly care. I mad e things a bit difficult by being a nervous patient around blood test needles but this was dealt with in the best possible way. Thank you for all your efforts and what a great person centred service this is.

The service is awful it’s almost impossible to get an appointment always told to book through the hub and there is nothing for if you have symptoms. When you can get an appointment they often cancel without rescheduling and tell you to rebook when there is no appointments available. It turns out last time I managed to get appointment I did have an STI that had turned into Pelvic inflammatory disease but again couldn’t be seen to get treatment I had to go down there and basically demand to be seen. This is disgusting no one should have to do this just to get treatment.
