    I was referred into secondary mental health services , I had 2 assessments given the trauma I have had, since then I’ve also had a referral into the psychiatrist for medication (this was completed in December 2024) we are now in March 2025 , and I’ve had no contact , the lead practitioner in my life has rang me on two separate occasions getting the information wrong both times, she called me last week to say she had received a message that I rang on February 13th struggling , she contacted me back 5 weeks later ! I didn’t make this call, she told me I will find out what’s going on and ring you back that was over a week ago! The services are under pressure , there is no real support out there! I’ve been placed on a 12 month waiting list for psychological therapy, I feel let down by services

    Im writing on behalf of my son who has been a patient with Folly Hall for almost a year. As a family we just want to say thank you for the medical treatment and holistic care we have received. All of the Folly Hall team have been brilliant, particularly the nurses that work with us.

    Been under services for 15 years. Was discharged for 12 months. Doctor re referred me got a call from a nurse who was unsympathetic didn’t listen to me when I told her my mental health was deteriorating and why. Ended up telling her not to bother. Sheer waste of time. They seem to just be talking from a script. So what do we do. Just carry on and suffer because there’s no support at all
