The reception staff at Oaktree surgery were most helpful when arranging for my prescription to be reviewed recently. They were unfailingly courteous & efficient &, despite my increasing grumpiness & various hurdles, were able to arrange an appt for me. Oaktree surgery staff are a credit to the practice. The Adv N/Practioner at Rosemary St is to be thanked for her courtesy & professional competence when reviewing my script, despite computer crashes. I may not have got what I asked for but that's probably better for me! Overall a positive interaction which reflects well on the staff I engaged with.
