I recently came into the practice to see the Doctor. She was kind and helpful and I was seen in a relatively short period of time. I'd like to say I can't wait to go back, but actually I hope I don't have to!

I had an appointment with my GP at the Forest Surgery today, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience; I even went in early, which was a pleasant surprise. My GP was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concern without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly and provided me with comprehensive advice and treatment plan. His professionalism and compassionate approach always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient, sorting a review appointment for a few weeks’ time as well. A satisfied customer! Thank you.

I cannot recommend the triage/econsult system enough. It is so much quicker and efficient than the phone service. I have always been kept updated and appointments booked quickly. When I filled the form out it asked all the questions and someone from the surgery got in touch with me very quickly.

The doctor that I saw was very kind and helpful, they listened to me and gave me multiple options to help me with my problem, they also explained the options very well and made me feel very comfortable

My GP is completely overworked. 4 week lead time for a rushed appointment 50 minutes after allotted time. Not to mention the practice is now deemed 'inadequate' by the Care Quality Commission. The staff appear to reject that finding too!
