  1. Review titled Great physically and mentally

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Physios at the Lower Limb Rehabilitation Sessions we’re both empathetic and professional in their tutelage. Sessions were light hearted but certainly exceptionally beneficial and their overseeing of the exercises to ensure correct execution was brilliant. Disappointed that I was only allocated 6 sessions as felt I needed more as my recovery is forecast to be a long one due to a pressure ulcer on my injured and pinned foot severely restricted recovery from surgery and accompanying soft tissue damage.

  2. Review titled Fab nurse!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I came for a blood test and my 3 year old daughter came along. The nurse who saw us was excellent! I feel bad I can’t remember her name. She asked my daughter to be a nurse with her, they gave her teddy bear a blood test first before it was my turn. Honestly the loveliest nurse I have ever met! Thank you so much for being so compassionate and using the opportunity to teach my child about blood tests, not just in a rush to get us out the door!

  3. Review titled Sound issues

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I went for my blood test and although my hearing is quite good I found it difficult to hear the receptionist through the plastic screen especially as there was general noise and several receptionists having conversations with patients at the same time all with different strength of voices. A speaker and microphone system like banks/building societies have would overcome the issue.

Thank you for taking the time to post, I am very sorry to read of your poor experience when having your blood test. The level of service detailed falls far below our expectations and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you in more detail. If you would be happy to do so please can you email elft.quality-bchs@nhs.net with your contact details so that we may call you to discuss further? Many Thanks Kiran Paul
