  1. Review titled Helped me

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have been under their care for a while now. It took a long time to get here and I was lucky i was given the right person. They have been amazing and helped me in so many ways. you need to make the effort and they will help. I have only had one bad experience with them and that was when i needed urgent help. that side of things needs improvement for sure. However everything else has been great and helpful. Services like this are very much needed , underfunded and understaffed so if you need to come here for help and have an open mind, willing to get help. knowing some things take time etc. Then i believe you will have a good experience. I am Extreamly greatful for the Teams there.

  2. Review titled Let down and not taken seriously.

Rated 1 star out of 5

3 years of being not taken seriously. Inability to change the methodology to suit the illness in question. Home treatment team often rude and unwilling to help. Elder Treatment team has some genuine nice people, who have hearts of gold. But they're hands are tied and they can only do so much.
