I have been at this surgery for roughly two years now. I just want to leave a review on my experience so far. The reception team have been nothing but kind, warm, understanding and helpful with every single encounter I have had with them. They have always directed me to the correct member of staff every time and during emergency phone calls they have always been understanding and kind. I cannot fault them. I can’t comment on the nursing team other than the contraceptive nurse when I have been to see her. She was knowledgeable and gave me some excellent options and informed me what was needed and the risks of each form of contraception. The GP’s - what an amazing bunch this surgery have. I recently fell and damaged my back so badly. I spoke to a New Zealand GP who was the most kind and humane person on the phone. He made me feel like I wasn’t just another number on his call list - he spoke with me and did his utmost to make me feel secure and safe in his hands. What a remarkable man! All the GPs I have spoken to there have been amazing but this guy specifically was brilliant. I literally cannot fault this surgery. The only downside is when I move to Windsor next month I won’t be in the catchment area for this brilliant surgery and will be sad to leave it. Good luck to all and thank you for all you have done.
