   It says its an open library. 10am-4pm We got there at 2 o'clock because we wanted to weigh our baby that has growth issues only to find we can't get in. It isn't in fact an open library the doors were shut!!! The Dr doesn't weigh the babies they tell you to go to the library and we couldn't use the facility! Not happy at all
