   The staff are really friendly and very hard working. However the signage is unhelpful and confusing and there’s no way of letting health professionals know that you have arrived. If there was a iPad sized monitor where you could check in and which could give directions to the correct waiting room that would be a big improvement. My husband was attending an eye screening clinic and we sat in the main waiting area for over an hour not knowing that we were in the wrong place. Everyone waiting was complaining about the situation. Many thanks
