Review titled Helpful, kind staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5

The site manager was an amazing help. He was kind and respectful and made my day. He made the experience much easier for me and was working hard to ensure all patients were looked after. The nurses were also kind and funny.

Speedy, efficient, professional, inclusive, kind and very interfaith and multilingual with understanding for hidden and visible disability and safeguarding level 3 and preventing risk assessment in women’s and children’s areas for all local citizens. Thank you for the blood test being pain free and done with zero harrassment.

Review titled Rude Receptionist (Gracefield Gdns Health & Soc.Care Centre)
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Jerry - Posted on 01 November 2022
On Tuesday 1st November 2022 at approx. 3:40pm, I telephoned Gracefield Gardens Health Centre on 0203 049 5030 to enquire how to notify the death of a patient registered at Gracefield Gardens. The Gracefield Gardens receptionist (not the actual Gp surgery) answered with a very unprofessional and miserable 'yeah'; instead of 'Good afternoon, how can I help you today' or such like. I explained that I was not registered there, and therefore I had no knowledge of which Gp or surgery - but that I simply wanted to let the relevant surgery know and I said that if there was more than one surgery, then I had no clue as to which one. The response of the surly receptionist was 'Doctor ??' I had to assume I was being asked which Doctor is the person registered with ?? Again I said I didn't know, then I was asked again ‘which surgery ?’. At this stage the film 'Groundhog Day' came to mind. I explained very politely once again that I had no idea at all which Gp or Surgery I needed. Luckily the exceptionally polite and understanding (not) receptionist asked once more 'which surgery'. At this point I simply had to ask to be put through to one of them and hope for the best. Clearly there is a huge Improvement Opportunity here; so Lambeth please either train your staff to an acceptable but friendly basic standard where manners come first or outsource the job to people who know how to !! Thankfully when I eventually got through to ‘Streatham High’ surgery, I was dealt with and spoken to by a human being that had a good working range of courtesy and respect.
