   Impossible to get an appointment. Robotic scripted response ‘ ring at 8’,,,,tell them you did but no more appointments…. ‘Ring at 8’…no empathy or help. Need to take off ‘ we’re here for you’ off their telephone message. I have not heard one good word for this practice, just complaint after complaint. I really don’t know what has happened to this place over the years, it was not this shocking 10 years ago. I have a 6 week wait for blood pressure check up.!
