Today I had an appointment for smir test. I attended 5 minutes before the appointment. In the reception the check in machine was out of order and I missed the appointment because it was not mentioned that we have to go to the reception instead. The receptionist was not very helpful and very amazed that I was there and I didn t say anything. I m not coming every day in the clinit and I didn t know I have to let them know that I m there. The appointment was booked so I presumed that if I attend clinic is enough. I took a day off for this which I m not impressed. I clear note on the check in machine would have solved the situation. Thanks
