    After Covid, all I hear about in the news is bad experiences with GP surgeries. This always surprises me. I can get an appointment with no issues at all. The reception staff are always very helpful and the doctors will call you back to discuss your problem. If needed, they will book you in to see them - sometimes on the same day. Waiting time is not very long and all doctors are friendly and take the time to listen to you. I feel very lucky to be a patient at this practice.

    I have only ever had excellent, competent, and patient-focused care at this practice. Usually always get a telephone appointment on the same day, and if I can't they will advise me to phone in the afternoon or next day. I always get seen on the day or very soon after. Their telephone triage method is user friendly and sensible. Pre-Covid I would always get a face-to-face appointment. It is run very efficiently, the GPs, nurses and reception staff are knowledgeable, professional and caring. I have zero complaints. I feel lucky I am a patient at this practice when I compare it to other people's experiences of different practices. All interactions have been reasonable and fair within the limitations of the NHS, and my needs have been accommodated at all times, even if they were not able to respond immediately. A very good and well-run practice. I feel very confident and cared for in regards to my health and wellbeing. Exceptional care and service always.
