   I saw a GP for my dermatology problem. He recommended some creams for which he issued the prescription. He said that if there is no improvement he will see me again and discuss the matter. I am unable to contact the surgery or the doctor. The email system does not operate or has been shut down! I need an urgent appointment to see the doctor.
