   I recently had an experience with NHS customer service that left me feeling very disappointed. The customer service that I received was far below my expectations. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the staff were not as helpful or attentive as I had hoped. It’s important for customers to feel valued and supported, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope this feedback can help improve the service for others in the future.
