   Had an ECG performed today and was refused a copy of it. This is a clear breach of the law. Article 15 of UK GDPR states: "The controller shall provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing." This is their company policy (according to the nurse) so this needs to be investigated by the NHS. I will be making a separate report to the UK ICO.
