My husbands treatment has now been cancelled at very short notice 3 times due to “staff illness “ repeat appointments are then 2 weeks only to be cancelled again. Whilst I am sorry this staff member is unwell , clearly the practice manager needs to manage this issue such that patient health is not compromised .
