Lovely staff member that actually listen to you and don't rush you out the door. She listened to our concerns and helped us come up with a solution. I would recommend this practice. Thank you

We have attended this clinic for 8 months baby review. At entrance we were told that pushchair needs to remain outside as not allowed inside. Our belongings from the pushchair had to be left unsupervised outside. Another thing, during the review, the weight check took place. Was asked to take the dirty nappy home as they don't have facilities to throw it there. This is a 0-19 years children clinic... How can you not have a nappy disposal bin? Couldn't say that this review helped in any way. The assessor seemed not to be even listening to what I was saying (eg to give her yoghurts when baby is intolerant to dairy).
