I have been attending Harrow ipat since March 2022. I found the sessions extremely helpful and found them to be calming and useful for learning about mindful awareness.

First of all, I am grateful for how quick I received the help I needed. I was in a really bad place a year ago and Harrow talking therapies found me the most suitable therapist and allowed me to work on myself whilst having someone to talk to and learning new techniques to tackle through everything. I am grateful as they listened and allowed me to feel the way I felt and my therapist helped me alter behaviours and become more happy from within. They are very accommodating to you and work around your routine which is lovely and they provide a ton of resources to go back to and consult in times of need. Thank you so much to my therapist and my Harrow talking therapies.
