Came with a injury looking for a minor check up for confirmation and reassurance, however all staff were u willing to help stating that it was outside their job role, staff were patronising and spoke with rude tone almost as if they had made their mind up not to see me before I had even spoken a word. I understand it may have been outside their job role but staff wouldn’t even try and help and were sat down chatting and there was no evidence of current strain or overcrowding. I would recommend patients look elsewhere in the Surrey area for a good customer experience.

It was a busy morning today. Staff were kind and efficient. The doctor was very thorough, advice good and clear. We’ve been several times over the years and would highly recommend it.

Attending with a swollen finger and knuckles that had turned blackish, I was seen quickly , sent for x ray as soon as they could (there was a small Mix up with this but sorted quickly) and diagnosed with small fracture. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout.

Went today I was seen in 10 minutes everyone was very helpful great service throughout X-ray chat with doctor and on. My way home in about a hour

Thank you for your kind and swift service today. I came with a dog bite on my leg and was pretty shaken. I was quickly examined, cleaned, dressed, given a tetanus jab and a prescription for antibiotics. Really appreciate your kindness and calmness. Would highly recommend as an alternative to A&E!

Attended for a suspected broken toe. Was registered, assessed, x-rayed, and given a boot and advice in just over an hour. Excellent.

I never knew this place existed until I badly gashed my shin today (a Bank Holiday) Called 111 who phoned back within 5 minutes and they agreed it was the best place for me. Got there and was in and out in just over an hour fully patched up and with spare bandages and advice. Saved a long journey to and wait at A&E and didn’t get in the way of more critical patients. More places like this needed

I took my husband who had twisted his ankle while abroad on holiday. I took a book as I thought we would be kept waiting for ages. I didn't even have time to get it pout of my bag when we called through to see the nurse. She was very through with questions and examination. We were sent for an exray which showed he hadn't broken anything, and then seen again by the same nurse who explained everything and showed us the exray. The whole experience was fast, efficient and professional. A great asset to have locally.

Thank you Haslemere Minor Injuries Unit for your amazing professionalism, friendliness and care. You offered complete reassurance that my daughter’s wrist was not fractured on our recent visit. She was treated with kindness and care throughout by both nursing and radiology staff. The service was amazingly efficient and very thorough. How wonderful to know the service is available. Thank you so very much!

Attended early morning, warm welcome and was being seen by a nurse within minutes. Professional, prompt, caring and cheerful. Could not have asked for more. Thank you!
