   In the modern times and with lots of things now having to be done over the phone you would think you would be able to speak to someone over the phone without having to wait 25 mins from the moment you are told you are caller number 3. Why is it you can't make an appointment unless you ring at 8am on the day, only to find when you have rung and redialed 100 times in total that there are no appointments left. I have been in the reception and seen elderly people pleading to get an appointment only to be told they have to ring. Even though the elderly person had said that they tried and couldn't get through.
