   It’s almost impossible to get the reception staff to book you an appointment. I have been attempting to book my newborns 8 week injections for 2 week, every time I phone I’m instructed to phone back later in the week then next week, then today (01/12/23) to now be informed that there are no available appointments and I’ll have to try to book again next week. This is hugely anxiety inducing for a first time mum & potentially harmful to have an unvaccinated baby in peak rsv season.
