   I just wanted to say that this is the first time I have used the above service and just what a positive experience I have had. Once I managed to navigate to the correct section of the website, the system was easy, it informed me of time scales and what would happen. The response was as indicated, which was great. For me, and the circumstances for which I needed to contact you, this worked really well and I don't feel I have taken up the practice's time unnecessarily. Thank you for your help.
