I found the whole counselling experience very good and really helpful in moving forward after a series of life events that made me wobble. Would definitely recommend to family and friends .

I cannot thank you enough for the help you have given me to bring the sunshine back to my life. Your insight and knowledge have been invaluable in helping me to see behaviours I didn't even realise I had. You have given me invaluable skills to help me move forward and learn to deal with the worry and anxiety in a more healthy way to help me to avoid hitting the storm again. I cannot recommend this service enough. If you follow their expert guidance and incorporate the skills learnt into your everyday life then you will succeed like me and feel more like you again.
