The receptionist working in the NHS are so careless and irresponsible, they lost my letter which ophthalmologist gave me, which is really bad. Not happy with their service at all.

I am sorry to hear of your experience. The Heart of Hounslow building hosts several different health organisations providing health services. Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) is only one organisation who provide services from this building. If your concern relates to the receptionist at the GP practices on the first floor - HMC Health and Blue Wing Family Doctor Unit - then you would need to contact them directly or NHS NWL Integrated Care Board (ICB) who respond to concerns about GP practices.

Had an appointment with the practice nurse today . Before attending my appointment on the first floor , I used the toilet located on the ground floor. On entering the toilet facilities, a strong smell of urine hit me. Toilets looked clean and fairly tidy but the smell was overwhelming. Almost as if the smell was ingrained in walls. You definitely did not leave that room feeling clean. Not the first time I have experienced this at the heart of Hounslow. I appreciate that cleaners cannot be in attendance all day and as there are no extractor fans or windows to the outdoors for ventilation, installation of automatic air freshener to keep the room smelling fresh would be a huge improvement. Many people use the toilets daily to relieve themselves and to check that they look presentable before attending a gp or other healthcare professional appointments. Modern looking centre but the toilet facilities not great.

While HRCH does not manage the facilities, including cleaning and maintenance, we understand the importance of a clean and pleasant environment for all visitors. First floor a lady and opposite counter another lady both need customer service / patients care training.. Very rude and incomplete info to patients and then had the guts to me that I wasted her time....

I had a letter to call and book smear test a month ago now, I have been trying to call three times now every week at different times not morning as I know it’s busy and my position on the queue varies from 8 to 19 to 5 today, each time nearly after and hour when I was getting closer to the front the recorder message about position in queue just disconnects and the phone just rings endlessly and nobody answers. This is a disgrace and not a surgery service, I am a single mother working full time paying taxes and cannot even use nhs once every 3 years, I dread what would happen if I was actually ill or even worse and my child was i’ll and I had to call morning for emergency appointment… I am appalled and there is not even a way to complain!!!!

I’m trying to call the practice for days hours on the phone nobody answer the phone is going from bad to worse the answer machine does the job .so the stuff can relax
