    I was referred to this Service by my GP. I was given an appointment on 6 September to attend the clinic, which was then changed to a telephone consultation which was not particularly helpful. I was then sent a letter asking me to make another appointment which I did, and was given the date of 26 October to attend in person. This has been changed again to a telephone consultation. I gather I have to have a special photo taken of a mole. This cannot take place on the telephone.
