Simply to express me gratitude to the team who responded to my wife's emergency call when I collapsed at home (Seizure) on 23rd August. I think you reached our Malvern residence within 5 minutes of her call and got me to WRH A&E in the fastest possible time.

I am 75 years old and have never expriencin any sort of alergic reaction.However I was stung by a wasp on 31st July and went into analpylatic shock and had to call ambulance, I cannot praise highly enough the professionalism skill and care that I received and will be ever grateful to the paramedics who attended.I would hope that you pass this commendation on to them as they were an absolute credit to your service.Thank you Vernon Langdon

Two Fabulous ladies attended our 94 year old neighbour who had fallen and cut his head badly. They were friendly, reassuring and extremely professional, a credit to the service.

We called an ambulance on a busy Saturday morning at The Country Park as my mum had collapsed, and thankfully they arrived so promptly and took complete control in a kind, compassionate and efficient manner. They continued to show complete professionalism whilst caring for my mum in the back of the Ambulance. It makes you realise what a precious service we have and this most definitely needs more investment and better pay to retain the wonderful staff, and allow them to meet all the demands made upon them! Thankyou so much.
