   I have just been discharged following three months of weekly, face to face CBT sessions for social anxiety. My first session was extremely difficult, but my therapist quickly put me at ease and provided me with a safe space to talk openly. I have learnt various methods for managing social anxiety and put these into practice between sessions. CBT has improved every aspect of my life, including my career. I am going to miss my sessions and only wish I had done this 10 years ago.
