Distressed call from our daughter about cavalier and dismissive attitude of psychiatrist. She sensed a total lack of listening or compassion from this individual. She is able, articulate and capable of presenting her situation but considered that this individual shut her down and was dismissive of herself and what she wanted to communicate.

My brother stayed at Jade ward almost a month following a severe mental crisis. The staff had been all extremely caring and helpful. This was an incredibly distressful moment for my brother and the whole family. The staff at Jade ward were incredibly supportive and essential during this time. Thank you forever.
