Offered me an appointment for a small child with no access to own transport at an inconvenient time that I had to take or be discharged back to the GP, so having travelled 1.5 hours by public transport in a rush hour with a small child, and having taken time off work and paid for childcare for my other children, they sent a didn't attend message 7 minutes into the appointment time and the doctor refused to see us when we arrived 10 minutes late as, according to the doctor, they file gets locked and he is not able to access it or see us. At no time had they informed me of this, the phone number to advise of the short delay was switched off and no feedback loop at all. The email on communication in a 'no-reply' email. No empathy, no patient centricity. The person who booked the unsuitable appointment in the first place whispers into the phone and makes it very clear how much they'd rather not be talking to you or doing their job. This isn't a service but a way to bill the NHS service comissionary for the service that isn't in fact provided.
