   New system for booking online not fit for purpose you cannot explain what you need. If queue to speak to someone is higher than 40 (which is most days / most times) you get cut and told to call back. Left with no alternative but to visit A and E or out of hours at Airedale hospital in order to get appropriate care. Modality needs to be axed and the surgeries should be run better
