   Called 3 morning in a row to ask to see Dr each time no appointments and was asked to call again. I have terrible irritating rash on my eyes and all I wanted was some cream as they are very sore and chemist won't advise because its the eyes. The girl on reception was uncaring and hurt kept repeating we have no appointment and to go online with pictures of my eyes which was impossible I find this practice uncaring with robotic attitude from certain receptionist.
